The goal of this project is to re-design their exiting application. Simple interaction for the customer who want to sell or buy properties. Exiting application has most of the functionality but it’s not that clear and easy. There are many unnecessary steps which we can be avoid and make more user centric design.
The main problem of the simple showing application was many steps to follow to book for viewing the property. It was not well structured and people who use this application often lost there and spent the big amount of time to take their key action. This is the most painful problem in the application. I have decided to start re-design the layout with new user flow in more affordable and comfortable way.
I have gone through all user flows in the application and defined key points in the interface. Made research regarding target audience and business requirements. As client want new Morden crisp and clear design and app should give the same feel as their website.
Landing page. a visitor can login for exciting viewing or book viewing without login.
Agent Page, a visitor can choose which agent they want to contact.
Specific view, input the address, to choose the property for viewing.
My main focus in the design of this app was very clear UI. In this project practice, I have focused only on single viewing booking without login. After research, I decided to keep the same colour theme as client website, also use the same images so the user feel the same as the website.
